The Floyd Center for the Arts 23rd Annual Winterfest Arts & Crafts Festival will be held December 2 & 3, 2016, from 10AM to 5PM on Saturday and 11AM to 5PM on Sunday and features around 30 local artisans and vendors this year. Due to the popularity of our Thursday open ceramics studio (noon to 5pm), The Floyd Center for the Arts has added a second open ceramics studio day to the week! Betse Dunham will be on hand to open the studio on Wednesday evenings from 5pm to 9pm.
